Extremely Disappointed. I paid over a $100 for a maybe $40 arrangement for my wife for valentines day. The worst part is they didn't even deliver it and when we contacted the store we ended up having to pick it up. My suggestion is DO NOT USE UNIVERSITY FLORIST.
The worst. Flowers were wilted and edges brown. What they delivered looked NOTHING like the photos. Don't waste your money on this store.
okay so i need to vent a little and fair warn anyone thats uses oxford university florist so get ready!! for one they are so rude!! amyways i called them yesterday to address an issure with a floral spray arrangement i order because they are the florist that colemans funeral home uses for any floral arrangements through their website!! and mind you not i placed my order saturday with a guaranteed delivery before visitation 4-6 on sunday and what do you know my arrangement didnt get delivered until yesterday before the funera... read more
Horrible!!!! I ordered a nice 24"x18" arrangement for my wife's birthday from 1-800-FLOWERS. This florist sent a little bouquet in a cheap vase that was about 8" tall. I called them to complain All they did was make excuses. Finally they agreed to send another. It was maybe 18", which would be the small, although ordered the large. I took them to the website to see the picture and they still couldn't get it right. I will NEVER use them again!!!!
Very disappointed. Asked for a bouquet to be sent to someone in the hospital. Said my range was $50 -$70. Recipient sent me a pic which floored me. I could have gotten prettier flowers at costco. Amex was charged $81. I called and complained and she never apologized. Said She Did A Beautiful Job And stood by her work. I would never use this florist.
The arrangement I got was very poorly crafted. Cheap flowers. They looked fake. I've used many different florists before, and paid the same amount for much nicer arrangements. I would recommend telling them exactly what you want. Leave it to them and you will be disappointed.
