This was the most disappointing floral arrangement. I ordered a $250.00 bouquet for my granddaughter and the arrangement delivered was absolutely nothing like what was advertised, neither in flowers nor in design. In addition, the florist never addressed my complaint. Just not (NOT) up to the task of fulfilling what they advertised. The arrangement delivered was at least 1/3 the size of the photograph in their catalog.
DO NOT go to this florist. I ordered a deluxe arrangement and got a less than standard arrangement delivered! I called the shop and Judy was very nasty and rude. talked over me the entire time and proceeded to hang up in my face! very nasty to customers and would not refund me my money. I paid $90 for the deluxe arrangement and they sent a $5 arrangement instead. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND FLORIST!!
Need overhaul on full scope of staff and owner !!! Ordered flowers Paid for flowers STAFF HAD NO ANSWERS FOR Me/ updates NEVER DELIVERED !!! 5 stars for immediate closure of store
This establishment is a joke... For $107 this place promised I would receive Valentine's Day roses on time, I never received the flowers and they still charged my card. I called the owner and she said they would have it delivered the next day which I kindly asked for a refund. After asking, they never returned my call and the flowers never came. I had to report the transaction to my bank in order to receive the wasted money spent.

The worst place in town. Do not go. They don't deliver and then call you at 6pm to pick up the arrangement. The people who work at this place are clueless. They sound like a bunch of southerners who never learned English. Overpriced for the horrible service and quality. Trust me, do not go here.

The flowers looked nothing like the picture. This is crazy to me because the flowers were pretty expensive and were not as described. I definitely recommend choosing someone else.
Do NOT order from this place. Didnt receive what I ordered and they never apologized. WORST PLACE EVER. I had to put a star but wasnt worth the one.
Called them after I ordered online to change what the card said and the lady said she didn't know how to do that. Offered no help and no solution. She was very rude. The flowers still had not been delivered at 6pm and when they arrived they looked NOTHING like the picture. Would never use them again and suggest you don't either.
My wife received a small arrangement of roses & lilies in a glass cube from her Aunt. Within 3 days the roses were brown, wilting & losing petals. Called to express our disappointment. Three other arrangements from two other florists were great. Offered 3 times to send a picture-no interest or willingness to offer compensation. Apologized & said their roses are always fresh. Try Oxford Floral - very good!!
