I called and asked for a short notice funeral arrangement. I was greeted with a very pleasant call followed by prompt service. I received many compliments about the flower arrangement, which I never saw. Thank you

I highly recommend using University Florist! I placed an online order and received it the same day. The arrangement turned out beautiful. Also, the price was great!!
I ordered through Telefloral and University Florist was the local florist that was contracted. I ordered a 23" x 16" plant combo in a modern looking planter (combo of 7 plants). The recipient received a 8-10" basket (I purposely didn't order a basket and upgraded to the modern planter) that contained 4 plants. Avoid this place. Thankfully, Telefloral stood behind the quality discrepancy.
I wish I would have checked Yelp before I ordered. I placed a $90 arrangement on line. What was delivered was a $20 arrangement. It was embarrassing for me! Plus, I am not made of money, and throwing it down the tube is not what I normally do. Will never use again!
I ordered a bouquet for my friend to celebrate her graduation and it was nothing like advertised on the website. Very disappointed and unsatisfied as it was an expensive bouquet. Not worth the value at all.
Do not order from them. I paid for a delivery on Valentine's Day a month in advance. They just ghosted me and didn't deliver.
I am very disappointed at the order that my office placed for the funeral of a coworker's parent. We ordered the Sweet Violet Trio, and the family received 2 sickly violets and a Christmas cactus so small that the bow hid the plant. I do not recommend this florist.
Do not order form this Florist. I ordered a premium arrangement and what was delivered was not reflective in the price or what was advertised online. I called them to let them know I was disappointed and was blown off.
