Very often when I order flowers for a funeral, I will tell the florist to put together something nice for a specific amount of money, and I leave it up to the florist what to put in the arrangement. That was not the case this time. I received the wrong bouquet for Valentine's Day! My husband was livid to say the least and I was shocked to receive flowers I didn't like at all. Tony refunded him, but what an embarrassment. Definitely don't use this guy for a really important event!

This was the only thing that went wrong on our wedding day. I ordered all white arrangements from Tony Foss. I wanted white bouquets and white arrangements for all of the tables at the reception. I made it very clear numerous times that I didn't want any color. All of the bridesmaids dresses, tablecloths and décor were tan, and I wanted to stick with the neutral tan/white theme. Tony Foss ruined my friend's wedding! She thought it poor taste to write a review about her experience as he gave her a full refund, but I feel it necessary to warn potential customers and quite frankly, I am LIVID about what he did! Not one single floral arrangement in her entire wedding was correct. She absolutely hates lilies (learned this after she received some while recovering from a procedure) and he put 10 in her bridal bouquet alone. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Just talking flower pricing and one of the flower decorators comes up talking about you can pay this much for this assembled bouquet or you can go somewhere else. Not even willing to work with me. Then on top of that the assembler starts talking bad about us in spanish. Wasn't even the sales person. Very inappropriate and unprofessional. They can go to hell. I hope people read this.

my husband got my flowers from her and they were delivered on Saturday they were so beautiful except they started dying Sunday and i already have to throw them out i never had flower die so fast on me not even ones i got from the grocery store!
