Long story short, I had previously ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mother-in-law for mothers day through teleflora.com since we were out of town that week on vacation. The arrangement never showed up 2 days after set delivery date! So here I was, out of town, on a sat afternoon the day before mothers day and no flowers! Just received three table centerpieces I ordered for a bridal luncheon I am hosting in my home tomorrow. They are fabulous and I got every dollar's worth that I spent! I know there will be many ooohs and ahhhs when my guests have the opportunity to study these masterpieces designed by Tony. I ordered some flowers for my grandmother just after my grandfather passed. Living out of town and not being able to stop by the store, I found their web site to be very helpful for ordering and seeing photos of different flower arrangements. I chose the 'Imagination Blooms' arrangement late at night and requested it be delivered the next day. Tony, you did a great job again! We used your services back when I got married a million years ago, and we used them for my sister's wedding last weekend. Everything was amazing - the bridal bouquet was two large orchid stems with pearls and smaller orchids draping down, the bridesmaid bouquet mimicked this, but was not as ornate. Had an awful experience with Tony Foss during a time of deep sadness. After the sudden passing of my mother, we arranged funeral services and Tony Foss was recommended to order the casket spray. We had a close relative that also wanted to support with flowers and we placed an order to be delivered along with the spray. This was done with the an associate named Stephanie. Don't order from their website. It's powered by TeleFlora and contains dozens of arrangements the shop doesn't sell. Also they got my account mixed up with someone from another state and I had to call to straighten it out. I had to settle for a spring boquet which probably doesn't even contain roses. I made a serious mistake trying to order online. This can be avoided by ordering in person or by phone. I will not be ordering flowers online long distance again and I suggest you don't either.
Not one thing was done correctly for my wedding - not ONE! 30K down the tubes because of this florist and his staff. I will never be able to look back at what should have been my special day without cringing!
This is horrible. False advertisement!!! Please fix or refund!!! I read another persons review and saw the comparison of the photos too and I ignored it hoping this won't happen to me. Be careful! Do not order from here. It's like one of those horror memes. This is what's advertised and this is IRL. Holy moly I almost fell off my chair when I saw what was delivered.
