I am extremely disappointed with the flowers that were sent for my friends funeral. They look NOTHING like the picture. I ordered through another website for online flowers and they used someone locally, which was you. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with what was sent. I lost my good friend and wanted to send something nice. Now I am sad and mad. I would give no stars if it was possible

I was given the name of Tony Foss by a very good friend. I used this Florist for several birthdays, a funeral and mothers day. This week will be the last time I use Tony Foss Flowers. I was extremely disappointed with the quality, and the artistic arrangement. The difference between the web representation of what I ordered and what was delivered was ridiculous. NEVER again will I use Tony Foss Flowers. I ordered flowers on a Monday, to be delivered to my daughter that Thurs. At the end of the day Thurs., I discovered she had not received the delivery. I called the flower shop and was told that they tried to deliver, left a note on the door and would try delivery again the next AM. MIND you that they didn't contact me to let me know they were unable to deliver. Friday AFTERNOON the flowers had still not been delivered, per my daughter. Went with this flower shop because of strong reviews on Yelp. I called and the lady was very friendly. I told her the bouquet I wanted which was the "Be Happy Bouquet" She pulled it up and said they didnt have the lillys so I said how about the "You Make Me Smile Bouquet" She then said they didn't have any vases with a smile so none of those options are available. We got married at a location with a floral package for the tables from Tony Foss. We met him and he seemed great, knowledgeable, and told us he gotbfresh flowers directly from CA and FL regularly. We decided to get our bouquets and boutonnières from him instead of the table flowers provided by our facility. We then were able to buy a gift certificate for half off which was great! Worst experience just talking on the phone with Tony.....the chapel I am getting married at has a deal with Tony Foss flowers so I called to set up an appointment (6 months out) as was recommended by my wedding coordinator from my chapel. I left a message with his receptionist to call me so I could pick my arrangements. Not only did it take two weeks for him to call me back, but he was so rude and condescending and made me feel like an idiot for calling him 6 months out to pick flowers. Used to LOVE these guys, but last 2 arrangements have been very disappointing. One was really ugly (hard to do with flowers) and the other one wilted the second day I had it. Yes, I had added water. I'm letting them know.

Ordered flowers from their website for a friend that was in an accident last night. Today they email saying they are not accepting orders for today! No phone call, no attempt to deliver them on another day, no apology. Complete lack of customer service and will never do business with them again!
