Very poor customer service as I made an attempt to get orders for a funeral, no flowers, would not do a paper bill, wanted the money up front, but remember we have no flowers. This is a most difficult time and to be that unkind shows Me I will not do business with them again.

Wow so rude and unwelcoming. Walked in thinking they did embroidering and didn't get a hello, a smile anything. The lady rudely asked why I was there. Hello people even if I was there by accident you don't rudely reply, you take time to explain like a proper business owner. Even if I wasn't buying anything today, doesn't mean I'm not a potential new customer. Which I am definitely not going back there, I will take my business somewhere else with nice, smiling faces.

The service was horrible. I know it's Valentine's Day, which is busy. But when I called to ask about a delivery status, the woman on the other end of the line gave me the brush off, feeding me a total lie about how the delivery guy knocked and no one answered. (Not possible. Recipient was home all morning.) They said expect the flowers to be re-delivered by 5PM. Five minutes later the flowers finally came. Horrible service! Delivery was promised at a certain time and was delivered 2 1/2 late! I will never use them again!!

We used Flowerland for our wedding. We ordered several weeks before the wedding, filled out all of the proper paperwork, etc. When I sent my maid-of-honor to pick them up on the morning of the ceremony, they weren't ready! In fact, Flowerland was not going to have my arrangements & bouquets ready until the following day because Gayle mixed up the day & never-double checked. My wedding was delayed by over an hour. The flowers are ok, they are pretty but don't expect some gorgeous movie like bouquet. Don't go to them for homecoming or prom things, they really aren't the best. They are over priced for what they have to offer. The staff is hit or miss, sometimes nice sometimes snotty!
