Absolutely livid. Ordered flowers on the 13th at 10 in the morning. Asked for them to be delivered at 4pm on Valentine's Day. They specified it would be delivered before 7 at the latest. The flowers did not get there on Valentine's Day. It is the day after, at 7 in the evening and still the flowers have not arrived. They also contacted the recipient of the flower arrangement. You should have been told when you ordered that we deliver between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. and that we cannot promise anyone exact delivery times on Valentine's Day. The arrangement was beautiful but for having paid almost $100 to have it arrive with balloons I expected it to be the complete arrangement. When I called they said they would deliver the balloons before 1pm since the person they were for would not be in after that time. I called back at 1:30 since she had already left work and the balloons had not been delivered, so I told them not to deliver them anymore and was told that the delivery boy was out delivering. Absolute garbage. I was counting on this place for a very very important event and they sent over half head old flowers. I was so disappointed and my event wasn't the same without the flowers.
My husband sent me an arrangement for our anniversary and this is the quality of the roses. Very dissatisfied. This is not the first time he has ordered from Flowerland. I didn't complain the last time even though the quality was not the best then either because I didn't want to hurt his feelings, but this is ridiculous, especially considering he spent so much. If you want a nice flower arrangement please STAY AWAY. I ordered one for my grandmother's birthday after seeing really nice photos of their arrangements online. Because this was a special occasion, I upgraded the flowers to the deluxe package and paid around 50 dollars for the entire thing. When I went to the store to pick up the flowers, I was extremely disappointed with what I was given. My husband sent me flowers from here for my birthday. They were delivered late in the afternoon and were mostly dead the next day (and yes I made sure they had water). My husband took photos and contacted florist about the problem. Florist delivered a replacement bouquet and it was worse than the first one! Buyer beware--don't waste your money! I guess I will add to the list of failures for flowerland. I ordered flowers for Mother's day while away and flowers never showed. They did not show up the following working day (Monday) either. No contact has been made by anyone at flowerland, even after I sent them an email. I smell litigation in their near future. A company that can not deliver what is promised, Is not okay in my book.
I'm here from Boston my wife's grandmother passed away . We needed an arrangement for the service so I called this place up . They said no prob we will get the order there the night b4 or in the morning b4 anyone shows up. Well 9am was the start time for the wake at the funeral home and they weren't there.
