I just ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day yesterday, I live in another state and doing this was a little stressful since I didn't know any local flower shops. The woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful and helped me figure out what would work with my budget. Flowers were delivered exactly when she said they would be today. Needed a sympathy arrangement for friends in San Marcos and had no idea what florist to use. The recent reviews on this site and those on google were all excellent so I decided to call Flowerland. I asked for an all white arrangement that could sit on a buffet table. The arrangement was spectacular! In fact, there were several arrangements and green plants at the house all from Flowerland and all were beautiful! It was also delivered exactly when we requested. We highly recommend Flowerland!

I placed and order on the 13th, and needed it delivered the next day on Valentines day, and even left the unit number off of the delivery address. They delivered on time and even earlier in the day, even without having the full address. I was kind of panicking cause I couldn't reach anyone via phone (busy signal, turns out a lot of people call flower shops on Valentines Day) so I could add the unit number but turns out they were already on top of it and I was stressing over nothing. I read the reviews on here and don't know what everyone is complaining about. They truly work to make their customers happy. 3 people versus hundreds of other happy customers. If you have an issue with product or service, just talk it out with them and be kind. I worked with Gayle and she was sweet as can be. Great company, I highly recommend Flowerland!

I have gotten flowers from here many, many times and with bulk orders for big events. They are always beautiful and so fresh! I highly recommend this place to anyone who is ordering flowers to send to someone too! I am never disappointed. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. 5 stars!!

Ordered $75 flowers plus taxes and delivery for $92. They delivered a $50 wicker basket. See actual picture. NOT HAPPY.

Please do not order your flowers from this place. I ordered two premium size (largest size) wedding bouquets for my mothers wedding for $150 total. They were both so small. Most of the flower petals were dead the water didn't look clean. None of the flowers were fresh. They were also very rude to me over the phone. I asked for a refund because they were not fresh nor did they look like the picture. However, they said it had to by 5pm the same day, but I would've missed my mom's wedding so I just accepted the loss.

On Monday I ordered flowers for a dear friends birthday to be delivered on Wednesday by 5pm. On Wednesday at 5:10 I called to verify they were still being delivered, I was told they'd be delivered by 6:00 or 6:30 at the latest. 7pm, the flowers hadn't arrived yet. I called back. I told they were running behind due to Mother Day and they'd be there by 8pm. How I they were running behind due to Mother's Day I do not know, because that was 3 days ago.
