This is the most pathetic flower shop I have ever done business with!! If I could give it less than 1 star I would! Do not waste your money here, you will be sadly disappointed! My mother ordered me a birthday bouquet, she lives in a different state, when I send her a picture of the flowers to thank her, she said they sent the wrong bouquet, so she calls the shop to ask them to please deliver the right bouquet, they were very quick to deliver the new bouquet, EXCEPT ITS WORST THAN THE FIRST ONE! Absolutely pathetic!!

After years of doing business with The Flower Stop they have lost my business. I live in Texas and have ordered flowers for my Mom and Grandma who both live in the St. Charles / St. Louis area for birthdays and Mother's Day from this florist for around six years, but not any longer. Since the business was sold to a florist called "Bloomers" I have noticed that customer service has taken a nosedive, but what's worse is that the quality of work has gone far downhill. My sweet mother-in-law from Florida sent me a fruit basket for my recent surgery. 1. The package arrived 2 days early, and we were out of town on Spring Break. Surprise! 2. The basket of fruit was honestly pathetic. The basket was super flimsy, and the fruit that was supposed to be in there per the description on-line was not. When my mother in law contacted the customer service, it was a joke!!! Do not waste your time and money at this store.

I wish I could take stars away. This place is horrible. My sister, who lives in California ordered an arrangement to be sent to my home prior to my house warming party I was hosting. That was a Saturday, they were suppose to be delivered before or by noon that day. Sunday my sister text me ans aske4d if I had received flowers from her. I replied no I had not. I chose this shop without looking at Yelp (my mistake!). My first issue was with customer service. They called to change my delivery date (I had chosen Memorial Day, so understandable), but when I tried to call back, I got a full voicemail when I tried both phone numbers. That happened like 5 times before I finally got a live person. She didn't know what I was talking about, so basically just asked whoever else was there if they knew about the call I had received, to which they all said no. I wish there was an option for ZERO stars. I ordered flowers on 2/8 to be delivered to his business on 2/13. By the end of day on 2/13, the flowers never arrived. I had made several calls through out the day to the The Flower Stop, and received assurances that the flowers were on the truck. I called several times on Valentine's Day and was assured, again, that the flowers would be delivered. Again, by 6pm, my husband left work and no flowers were ever delivered. Heard this shop has been sold AFTER I ordered. Sympathy arrangement was NOTHING like it was supposed to be. It was a little upsetting to order a Purple arrangement and end up with a short, pink, tacky arrangement. Ordered through Telefora, not sure if that was the problem.
