I tried the Flower Stop after a recommendation from a colleague. I know very little about flowers so I asked for recommendations from the nice person who answered the phone. It was clear she was knowledgeable about flowers and what would please my wife on our anniversary. So I told her how much I was wanting to spend and left the rest in her hands. I was a recipient of flowers from The Flower Stop. The bouquet was gorgeous - really gorgeous, but what the five star rating is really for is the service. My sisters ordered flowers from out of town, and had them sent to my home. Since I work during the day, The Flower Stop tried to deliver there, as well as trying to find neighbors to accept them, with no luck. I received flowers on March 1st and still had a good looking arrangement on March 31st! I never had received flowers that lasted so long! I was able to rearrange them several times and it looked beautiful right up until the end. I was very happy!
They go way above and beyond what you are expecting. They will approve any ideas by you before proceeding with them, and always come up with better ideas than you would have thought possible.
The staff were friendly and attentive and the service was fast but for a flower shop there were not many flowers.
The good: Flowers were beautiful. Many compliments. The not so good: Did not deliver as per instructions that had previously been agreed upon. Were not very organized. The women who work there are very professional.. but the owners (at least I believe to be the owners) need a little help in that department. Overall, I was pleased with the flowers which is what really matters... but having extra stress on the day of when flowers don't arrive on time is not the best way to feel.....
Long story short... We had a wedding, we needed flowers. The Flower Stop had what we needed, with a professional staff and lots of smiles. They also had two beautiful dogs on site for me to pet. That's a big plus for me. The big day came and the flowers were amazing. Thanks for making my big day a pretty one, well prettier! :)
I ordered a Deluxe "TELEFLORA'S SAPPHIRE SKIES BOUQUET" and the flowers I received are considerably smaller than what I expected for over 60$
