I have been at Schroeders a handful of times this summer and the same lady is always outside. Short haired, shorter lady. I am very disappointed as she is not very helpful, I don't need someone to fawn all over me, but she seems perturbed if you ask a question. Not good for business.

I called a day in advance to order flowers for my mothers birthday today. I arrived today and was met with about 4 employees who looked up at me and kept about their business around a table. When one person came over, not only did they not know anything about my order, I was also treated as a bother. Today vehicle 114 almost ran me off the road on the highway bc he was on his phone while smoking a cigarette. Even after I laid on my horn he continued to talk on the phone and crossing into lanes

I had placed an order on Flowershopping.com and was told I had guaranteed delivery for that day. They called me and informed me they couldn't but promised the next day. That day came and then told me 2 to 3 more days! Customer service was a joke! Desperate, I called a local florist to just try on my own. Schroeder's informed me they were done delivering for the day but made an exception due to my desperation with a dear friend in the hospital! Marge was awesome! We have used Schroeder's for over 40 years. Unfortunately they do not have a very customer friendly attitude. I told them they had a record of what they had done last year, but they just kept saying no. Finally they went to the computer and found it. No apology. It was as if they were doing me a favor. Then they said flowers had gone up. The up charge was 25%! I really don't need to do business with crabby people.

Very disappointed in a bouquet of flowers that were delivered to me on December 5 for my birthday . It was a mixed floral bouquet and had 3 red roses included . The roses were half wilted and the white flowers did not look very fresh either . The red carnations were fine . The vase was filled with so much pine tree etc fillers . I did not want to tell my son how disappointed I was as he ordered them from his home in Florida . But maybe I should let him know that the quality was not what it should have been .

If there was a category for LESS than one star they would get it! So very disappointed in this local florist. My daughter who lives out of town graciously sent me flowers yesterday for my birthday and when they were delivered, I sent her a picture and a thank you. She then sent me a picture of what they were SUPPOSED to look like. When I called the florist to voice this, I spoke with a very nice gal, named Jo who explained they could refund my daughter, $15 or replace the arrangement. I opted for the replacement. The just left the funeral home. The plant/flowers were an embarrassment. One snapdragon and its was dropped over in half. 3 of the 4 daisy bunches were wilted up. So embarrassed . The flowers my sister ordered from FTD online were beautiful. They will have my business from now on

Yet again, another mix-up happened. Not only were the flowers delivered a day late, they were the wrong flowers with the wrong card. When I called to ask about it, the person on the phone was rude and said they were busy due to the holidays. Guess what, keep up the bad service and your holidays won't be busy. Last time I use them!!!
