Hit or miss, as far as service goes. Get the right person and you'll have a great experience. Unfortunately a lot of the staff avoids your eyes, and I have yet to hear the question, "Can I help you?"

Schroeder's had a much better price for delivery than any of the .com flower delivery services I encountered. Superior customer service. I ordered online for a delivery to Bellin Hospital and my buddy had already been released. Schroeder's called me to follow-up on the delivery, which was out of their immediate service area, and flexed to make the delivery happen. Schroeder's could have just canceled my order. Instead …

Wonderful selection of Garden Plants This Year. Prices were very reasonable and enjoy receiving their monthly newsletter. Service was very helpful and friendly.

Great delivery service I had Schroeders do my wedding flowers and they gave a really good price for what I wanted. I had a consultation with a girl about 8-9 months prior to my wedding and then when I went to look at my flowers the day before my wedding, they were a little different than I imagined they would be.
