I re-visited the Rainbow Florist after I was contacted by the owner Harry who offered a free arrangement for my experience. Harry and Chasity ensured I received a beautiful arrangement for my mother in law in time for Valentine's Day. Although my first experience wasn't that great, I sincerely appreciate that this business accepted fault and made it right. I ordered get well flowers for a sick relative. They delivered the flowers on time. The arrangement was beautiful. I then ordered funeral service flowers and was very surprised by their fast and quick delivery. The heart arrangement was beautiful. This florist shop has been in business for many years. These florists are truly artists with years of experience. They did my entire bridal party bouquets and such. Easy breezy and soo professional. Price reflects the quality of their work. If you want cheap flowers go elsewhere.
I walked into this place because I needed a corsage and boutonniere for my sons godparents for his Baptism that Sunday. The person that assisted me was the owner he was very helpful in giving me ideas on what to choose. yes it is a little pricey but like I always say you get what you pay for. You pay cheap you get garbage. Their flowers are beautiful and healthy looking well kept store. This business has been at this location for many years they must be doing something right.

On 11/9/2022 I ordered a bouquet through Teleflora for delivery the nest day, my wife's 75th birthday. Regrettably, what should have been a happy occurrence was destroyed by an 11 hour plus waiting time, an inadequate florist's delivery system and a malfunctioning Teleflora tracking app. Delivery was promised between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, with my naive expectation of a mid-day arrival at worst. Do not use Rainbow Florist! The flower quality and customer service were awful. I received a floral arrangement as a gift and within 3 days most of the flowers were dead. I called the florist to let them know and was told I'd get a call-back from the owner, but he never called so I am leaving this review. Save your money and go with someone else!
Horrible experience! I placed an order on Friday May 6 evening (granted, for a holiday weekend I was taking a chance although other floral websites would not allow me to select Saturday delivery if it wasn't possible). Spent $81 with Saturday, May 7 delivery selected. No flowers Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Have called multiple times over 5 days and there is no answer. I could not be more disappointed in this florist. I ordered a bouquet for $81 and it looked much cheaper. For that amount of money I was expecting a nice full bouquet, instead I received a few roses and barely any other flowers with it. Mind you in the picture on the website it is filled with many other flowers and has 3 different prices, I chose the most expensive size and I was not given anything close to that.
