Extremely satisfied with the beautiful casket spray of roses and colorful serenity wreath for my dad's funeral. The roses were perfect and they fully covered the bottom half of the casket as I requested. The gentleman listened to what I wanted and made helpful suggestions. My aunt spoke with a nice lady for her order of the divine grace rosary for the inside of my dad's casket. Idk why this store has such low rating but I went in today to get a hydrangea and baby's breath bouquet and the man was so nice and sweet. Really good service and the flowers are priced very well imo. I got my bouquet for 10 dollars

I called Rainbow Florist in the Bronx directly and ordered a sympathy spay I had seen on their website. I was already familiar with them as I had ordered from them before while living in the Bronx. I now live in Florida, I was happy with my purchase, the value, and the customer service I received. The spay was delivered on time and I got so many phone calls, anmessages from friends and family advising me about how beautiful it was. I highly recommend Rainbow Florist in the Bronx. I even called them and thanked them!

Called from Utah, needed a "pick me up" delivery for my beastie who just had some minor surgery...by the way she has allergies. Jimmy, bless him, recommended roses. Who doesn't like roses? A mixed variety was his suggestion (I was thinking of Spring colors). We settled on a delivery date, I gave him my particulars, and VOILA! He made it happen. Honestly this florist has been in charge of the last couple of arrangements that have been sent and they have been gorgeous! Beautiful flowers that lasted a long time. They definitely do not skimp on the fullness which I appreciate.

I just want to say thank you for the beautiful funeral arrangement. I walked in with a small guitar (to represent my grandfather's love for music), I asked if they could incorporate this in the design. Without hesitation the florist said absolutely. Because it's close to the holiday, I asked if they could make the arrangement have a Christmas feel. I put my faith and trust that it would look beautiful. And it did!!!! I was contacted by Chasity and Harry who is the owner of Rainbow Florist in regards to my negative experience that took place last year. They offered a free arrangement and an apology after my not so great experience. Chasity was very kind and sincere. When I walked in to pick up my arrangement it was not ready yet due to miscommunication but they were able to create a beautiful arrangement for me in a short amount of time.
