Placed an order through their website for a dozen roses listed for $75 plus a $12 delivery fee, among other miscellaneous fees. Received a call back from the flower shop telling me they "don't know where the $75 price came from, it should have been $90" and was also told that the price their website charged me for delivery was too low and would now be $23. They did not honor the price that their website charged me. I had to cancel the order. Will not be buying from them in the future.

I ordered a bouquet for my brothers funeral in Del city. Ordered over phone because I live out of state. Unhappy with the low quality of work. Seems the people were not trained in this field. Will never order anything from them in future. My cost was $110 at best I got $30. Very cheap. from Disappointed

I'm currently at the shop waiting on 3 bouquets that I had ordered a week ago. I verified pick up time, price and the order. These are for an event that has to start on time. When I showed up, they couldn't find the order and then told me to wait 10 min so they could make the arrangements. When people are rushed, the quality of the work is sacrificed. This makes me look bad as the person putting this together. I won't be coming back here for future events.

I ordered flowers from them for Valentine's Day delivery and after calling multiple times to make sure the flowers would be delivered and receiving feedback from Claudia that they were going follow up with their delivery guys, the flowers were a no show. No courtesy call or feedback. I would refrain from ordering from them if you need a reliable delivery.
