Very nice people but I will say I spent $75 on a rose bouquet and it only came with 2 roses. The pictures they presented online made it seem like I was getting a full bouquet but in reality I could have spent less money on some flowers I put together myself. I was hoping a flower shop would alleviate some of the stress of putting together a bouquet yourself.
I visited this flower shop to purchase a dozen roses for my daughter’s sorority event, but I was disappointed with their appearance. When I inquired about their freshness, the staff member reacted unprofessionally—snapping off a petal and insisting they had arrived that morning. His tone was dismissive, and he abruptly offered a refund rather than addressing my concerns. The experience left me feeling unwelcome, and I ultimately chose to take my business elsewhere. Are you in need of flowers? Not sure what to do?! I was today and I drove to Penny and Irene's! I wasn't too sure where to begin but the florists here were great!! I told them what I needed the flowers for - a babyshower for a boy and they did NOT dissappoint! I received a wonderfully made bouquet in a sweet little elephant vase. Couldn't have asked for a better gift and the Mom was SO happy! Great price great gift super happy to have stopped in! I'll be back! Thank you guys ❤️
We made our own centerpieces for my daughter’s baby shower and wanted to add flowers. I knew the colors we wanted but had no idea what flowers would look good. We stopped by Penny and Irene’s and within minutes our vision came to life! We were so pleased with the flowers and service we received! I even went back the next week to pick something up for Valentine’s Day! Thank you!
