Thanks so much to Claudia at Penny and Irene's for the beautiful arrangements she did for our father's funeral. We asked for bright and tropical because he loved Hawaii and the ocean and she made them perfectly, including some gorgeous Birds of Paradise. There were so many artful, thoughtful touches on both arrangements. And the price was excellent. We highly recommend Penny and Irene's!!

There are technicians and then there are artists; Phil and his creative staff at Penny and Irene's Flowers land clearly in the category of artists. I was incredibly happy with the floral beauty that they created at my son's wedding. It was stunning! Phil's kindness and attentiveness was exceptional and if I lived in the area, I would utilize his services again without hesitation.

I really love this flower shop. In fact, out of all the countless ones similar in town, Penny & Irene's really stands out and has the oldest memories with me. I have a top 5 list (for everything), on which really only numbers 1-3 actually matter; when it comes to flower shops, Penny & Irene's absolutely makes the top 3- and not just by seniority. My mother inlaw sent flowers from Penny and Irene, and she said that they were the kindest people on the phone and very helpful. When the flowers came I wasn't home but they left a door hanger and said that they could have the flowers back to my house in 15 mins!!!! When the man came and delivered the flowers he was so kind and knew I had been dropping cupcakes off at the school for my daughters birthday (I told the woman on the phone that I had to do that before I would be back home). Relied twice this year on this florist to deliver funeral arrangements for me. Called from San Diego and was taken care of over the phone. Never hurried me to pick what I wanted and a gentleman even called me back the first time I ordered as they had received a delivery of gladiolas in the color that I had originally wanted that they did not have at the time I first placed the order. I have shopped with Penny and Irene's since the mid to late 80's and they are just great to work with. My junior prom date ordered my corsage from this fab florist and they a bang up job placing golden roses within the beautiful metallic ribbons. In keeping with the spirit of tradition, I purchased the prom corsage roses and other flowers for my son's prom date and made an awesome wrist corsage and a boutineer. My husband and I have been married for thirty years. He always bought the most amazing bouquets from here. They are under new ownership now and we've used them in two weddings since the change. The prices are still fair, the work is excellent, and they are completely reliable. I couldn't reccommend them more highly.

I ordered a birthday bouquet for my mother-in-law, and she cried when she received it. Bright, colorful, beautiful, with little treats. She just loved it! I placed the order over the phone with Kathy, and she was so knowledgeable and helpful, I would not hesitate to order from them again or to recommend them to anyone.
