I was very disappointed with what was delivered to my niece. I called before placing the order to ask what flowers you had that looked wonderful. Rather than answering the question, the person on the phone responded that you had a large selection of flowers & they all looked wonderful. After placing the order, I found out that the designer failed to read the note I had written! When I called to check on the order, I was informed of this. I got a deluxe bouquet and I feel the one my sister received was very lackluster in comparison to the one advertised… It was a lot of carnations and greenery but there weren’t a lot of roses and none of the little flowers. The vase was also different and not as elegant looking. I’m a little disappointed :(

The arrangement that was ordered had a totally different vase, also requested balloons that weren't delivered unfortunately I was not satisfied with this order.
