Great Customer Service
Pat's did an awesome job with our flower order and delivery! GREAT customer service, went over and beyond when I provided the wrong address! THANK YOU Pat's, you put a big smile on a little girls face with the beautiful flower arrangements you made!

The flowers looked great and the delivery was fast - nothing more I could have asked for!
I was very politely advised by the person at Pats Florist that it would be best to go online and order. I was able to do this, and it was late in the day, but the flowers were delivered the next morning. We received a thank you along with a picture from the recipient. The flowers were more beautiful than we could’ve imagined and we didn’t have to go with the most expensive option.

I'm on the fence with this review. I must say that customer service and ease of ordering was great, the funeral arrangement that was delivered was pretty, but not entirely what I expected. I had requested a change from gladiolas to Bird of Paradise that were to be the center of what should have been a fairly tall arrangement-advertised at 39" including the vase. I expected the bird of paradise to be the focus of the arrangement by taking up the height that the gladiolas would have had, however the birds were cut very short a... read more
Pats is the only florist I use ! Be aware they are closed on weekends but will go out of their way every time to accommodate! The best way to order is online so you can get a receipt- but they’re perfect on the phone or in person. I have ordered for a funeral and for a personal/ professional thank you bouquet- both arrangements were beyond beautiful- fresh and perfectly arranged by their team of talented designers.
