I received an arrangement for my birthday from an out-of-town friend. I was not familiar with Pat's Florist, likely b/c I live a bit north of Richmond. The arrangement is beautiful and smells heavenly. You can just tell the flowers are fresh. I would highly recommend Pat's as this was a quality piece.

We called in our order from out of state. We had never used this florist before. What a wonderful surprise. The arrangement prepared by Pat's Florist was exceptionally beautiful. The ceramic angel was such a nice touch.

I ordered an arrangement for my niece, who lives in Richmond and she just had her first baby. I live out of state. The arrangement I chose for her was all roses. When my niece received the arrangement, it had gerber daisies in place of some of the roses. The arrangement I paid for were all roses and was not notified by the florist of any changes.
