Jay was a pleasure to work with. I had a death in the family, went to Jay and he made such beautiful floral arrangements for my brother in laws wake/funeral. There were so many compliments on them. I would definitely use Malverne Floral Design again! Thank you Jay! Keep up the great work ❤️
What a disappointment. I ordered the premium flower arrangement and the recipient received nothing close to premium flowers. Yes, I understand that in some cases substitutes may be required, but to go from an arrangement that was mostly white lilies to “daisies” is unacceptable and you should be ashamed. Two red roses reflect nothing of the photo you provided. Why weren’t comparable white flowers used ie white roses? Been using Malverne Florist for years and they always had the most stunning arrangements. Since the son took over down hill, have had more bad experiences than good. Received dead roses yesterday. If I could give zero stars I would. What a disgrace such an amazing business ruined just like that.
Jay took great effort in providing a beautiful bouquet of flowers with a Happy Birthday balloon. Delivery was prompt and the delivery person was also courteous and friendly.
