Horrible customer service!!!!! Wrong floral arrangement was sent to my best friends funeral. when I asked them to correct the mistake they told me to go to the funeral and bring back the flowers. As the customer they should have done anything to correct the problem. If you buy flowers from lund make sure you check that they send the correct ones because they send cheaper ones than you order to make a profit.
