Beautiful arrangement, responsive owners, good experience. Some trouble with the person working the phone not explaining what I would be getting, but other than that, the flowers are really pretty.

We went in last minute to get flowers for a funeral. We were greeted with a smile when we needed it the most. Erin gladly put something together for us. The flowers were beautiful and fresh. Overall we were happy with the service and product

My husband ordered me the most beautiful flower arrangement possible for Valentines day from Lund Floral. The florist arrived early, as soon as our office doors opened. What a great surprise! The arrangement was perfect, so large and fresh. I was the envy of all my co-workers! My husband has ordered me arrangements from other local flower shops, and last time they never arrived. Thanks Lund Floral, for making Valentines day extra special for me!

Ordered the top tier flower arrangement, picture shown, $129 . I live in LA where everything is overpriced, but that price would have gotten me much better than what we recieved. Design was weak and variety poor. Delivery however, was on time.

Don't feel like I got my money worth. They tried to exchange the already delivered arrangement (which was nice to offer)but I felt there was no point in doing that since they had been seen by the recipient. $100 (including delivery)down the drain for a just "ok" floral arrangement. Wish they put more hydrangeas since that's what I asked for and I only see one! Wanted to like this place but feel kind of disappointed. Thank you anyway.
Ordered from them to deliver to my wife at work. Called in to check status of my order and the lady who answered was a complete bitch. Complaining how they have over 500 orders out and that there was no way to check the status of my order. I tipped them 20 bucks plus paid 20 dollar delivery and wish I never tipped them. Got treated like shit and plus the plant that I ordered looks way over grown and nothing like the picture. I don't recommend these people.

Good evening. I’m sorry you felt we were unwelcoming on the phone. As you can understand it is a very high demand holiday however we strive to offer great service. Valentines is our busiest day of the year. I have reviewed your order and I have refunded your $20 tip. As far as the plant goes the prayer plants are brand new and shipped directly to us from the grower so I’m unsure why you feel it’s overgrown. You are welcome to bring it back in and select one of your choosing.
I ordered these flowers online and I was very disappointed. I picked the most expensive arrangement for this bouquet and it was awful. For $80 the lillys were dead and falling off. The vase was nothing like the one I ordered and the arrangement could of been put together by a 7 year old. Most awful flowers I have ever ordered. I now know NEVER to order from Flowers.com. I will go directly to Jimmys or a decent flower shop. What a disappointment.
