My husband ordered 30 Long Stem roses for me. Unfortunately, we only received 28 roses and they were all different sizes. It's unfortunate for the amount he spent to just be disappointed. I called the shop to report the issue, although they were willing to exchange the flowers for new ones, it was more of an inconvenience to go out of my way bring them back the next day.
Ordered $100 flowers for my wife for her birthday based on picture in the website. Picture showed numerous roses and was large. Arrangement delivered had no roses and was obviously smaller than what was pictured. Called shop that delivered and complained. Offer to replace which they did. Numerous roses but still small. Ad clearly says arrangement will be 15.5 inches in diameter. Mine was 11 inches. Very unsatisfied. Will never use them again. Vase was as pictured. Super disappointed with an order I placed this week as a gift. I ordered a deluxe Fashionista bouquet (please see image below) and what my recipient received is also pictured below. This does not look like a $100 bouquet to me. Hansen's was only willing to offer me a 10% discount...hmmm....I would have not handled an unhappy customer in this way.
Awful customer service. After telling me they could deliver to the town I specified, they contracted with another florist. Each time I called to check on the status they never disclosed that they were not handling the order. When the order was not delivered they did not contact me. When I called that's when they wanted me to call the florist that they had given my order to. Outrageous! The new florist had no information to contact me. I will never use this company again.
I grew up in Ffld.Ct.We always used Hansons.They did the best spectacular arrangements that you could ever dream of.We moved to Az. Over the years we always used Hansons since there are lots of family there.I never used anyone else.Always sent flowers to mom on a regular basis. I placed an order Friday morning on their website to be delivered on Saturday but it didn't arrive, turns out they have a call center but they can't contact the shop directly and they're closed for the weekend. I was really upset since this was a time sensitive gift. I finally got an answer from the shop on Monday when they promised me to have it delivered my Tuesday. Only today was it delivered. The basket is nice but 5 days late, don't order online, the hours are wrong. My order number 317469

Rude cashier staff, awesome florist staff. Almost not worth going back to be chided about how or when the order was placed. There seems to be a disconnect with the fact that money is being paid for their flowers. If they don't want the money, close shop. Prom? Dance? go to Stop and Shop - Half the price and they won't reprimand you for when you ordered.
Rude, rude, rude. Ordered a month in advance, didn't mind waiting with everyone else inline but did the salesclerk have to be so curt. There are other florists around Daileys and Fairfield Florists. They are so friendly and have beautiful flowers.

Some of the rudest service I've received since moving to Fairfield. I came in and asked a very unfriendly gentleman for help putting together a bouquet of flowers that smelled good as I like fragrant flowers. He said he didn't have anything like that and didn't really offer any suggestions. Didn't seem interested in helping me. I almost walked out but ended up buying some roses and other things.
