TLDR: Good flowers/Bad service, know exactly what you want. What I liked: Overall, flowers were pretty, and I didn't spend too much. Probably a great place to go if you know exactly what you are looking for, and you want know what color schemes/types of flowers/fillers you want. They have a large variety of flowers, which are very fresh. Also, fairly minimalistic with the plastic and paper wrapping, I really like it simple there. Amazing customer service! They sent Mother's Day flowers 4 days early, so in apology delivered an extra arrangement to me on Mother's Day itself. And this was spontaneous -- no customer complaint to prompt it. Extraordinary!! And the arrangements were beautiful.

You can trust Hansens for The Freshest flowers I've been dealing with Hansen's on and off since I got married many years ago, and they did my bouquet and the table arrangements. Wow! Amazing service and a beautiful design! I needed to send a funeral arrangement, same day. I live out of town and found Hansen's on the web. Called them cold and worked for approx 5 minutes with a very pleasant and efficient women - knew her flowers - told me what they had fresh - and they designed a gorgeous sympathy basket all in white, per my request. Great store! I have ordered from two times before, you tell them you need something nice with a certain budget and they whip you up a beautiful arrangement! I have ordered over the phone and all my info was already stored from the first time. Great small business! Support them and not 1800Flowers

I recently visited Hansens to get a bouquet for a friend who used to babysit for a little girl who died in sandy hook elementary. When I explained why I wanted blue, yellow, green and white flowers, the employees at Hansens more than took care of me, they made a beautiful bouquet and even gave me a discount, besides making a beautiful flower arrangement, Hansens has a heart, and I really do appreciate it. I will be a customer of theirs forever.

Hansen's did an amazing job for a large bouquet of flowers for my co-worker. We picked out a picture online and they looked even better than the picture. When we gave them to her, she cried. Thank you Hansen's for a great job on short notice!

Great florist & they offer a huge variety of cut flowers, plants, hanging baskets & other floral design retail. Courteous & knowledgeable staff. This new space for them is chock full & usually busy. Private smaller lot off to the side.

Wow! Hansen's created a stunning bouquet for my sister. I'm in California and I always wonder when I order arrangements from far away florists, but they did an amazing job! Thank you, Hansen's! Bette Hansen's just created another gorgeous and stunning 'birds of paradise' for my mother. I wish I could post a photo of it here. Plus I ordered at 8 p.m. California time and it arrived at 8 a.m. Connecticut time! Absolutely fantastic workmanship and customer service. Bless you, Hansen's!
