Well Iam sorry that everyone was a victim as me, I ordered two sets of flowers for my wife. One was for her birthday and another for Mother's Day. I wanted to support local businesses but this makes me think otherwise. Thanks for nothing gazebo Florist Gifts. Oh and don't worry If your average reviews starts to go up I'll be there to knock it back down so no one else get hoodwinked.

I am so disappointed. I ordered both my mom and my mother-in-law arrangements that were above $60 apiece to be delivered Saturday before Mother's Day. I had order directly through their website since I've ordered through them before. Last year they did a very poor job on a Mother's Day arrangement for my mother in law. I had gone in directly and talk to this florist and they agreed that they would resend an arrangement in a couple days to make up for it. Exact same problem with Mother's Day delivery. Was sent email confirmation showing Mar 12 delivery. No email to show delivery exception. No way to get ahold of the business. Been trying to call for hours. All I get is direct to voicemail and a message saying "this mailbox is full". Guess I'll will have to take up this fraudulent business with my credit card provider. Shameful.

Flowers ordered in plenty of time for Saturday before Mothers Day delivery, Not Delivered and no notification sent as to non delivery or problems There is no email listed for this company anywhere that I could find. They like having the exposure and benefits of a presence on WWW without any of the responsibility of having an online presence. I want a full refund.

I ordered flowers through Teleflora and they were delivered by Gazebo. My delivery did not arrive on time, and the arrangement did not come as expected. I ordered a full bouquet of white and yellow daisies. What I got was a few daisies in the midst of a large amount of greenery. While you can expect your arrangement to vary from what you order online, this is not something I would have paid for. I would have gone and picked ferns from my yard, and thrown in 7 daisies myself.

Very disappointing service. I ordered through FTD and used an NBK Bremerton address for delivery. NBK means Naval Base Kitsap. Imagine my surprise when I received "delivery complete" emails and the flowers had not arrived. I called FTD and they were unable to have them available until tomorrow afternoon, after Admin Professionals Day. Can't believe that a local business would not know they needed base access. Very unhappy.

I ordered and purchased a beautiful bouquet through ProFlowers for an out of state funeral. ProFlowers trusted Gazebo Flowers to fulfill that very important floral arrangement for us. My husband who was at the funeral sent me a picture of the arrangement delivered and It did not resemble the floral design that I had ordered AT ALL (& the flowers died the next day). I cannot tell you how taken advantage i feel with this place. On mothers day, I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my mother and mother in law. The order was through Tela Flora and, as you might know, not cheap by any means. On the Saturday before Mothers day, my mom calls and says that the arrangement had brown accent flowers and the roses were already open and the petals were falling off. What? Roses? Really left me hanging. These people did not deliver and did not let me know that they did not deliver till 2 hours after the memorial. Really hurts. Owner of the shop did not receive proper address from the funeral home and is willing to deliver to the gravesite which I appreciate.
