I always get flowers sent to me on thanksgiving and Christmas and not always are they the best looking and they never last very long , well something has really changed!! the arrangements were both the BEST this year!! I received the cutest snowman cookie jar arrangement today and it's beautiful! The one from thanksgiving lasted so long this year and also was very very nice! don't know what is different but they need to keep it up!

They get two stars because they delivered on the right day. What I ordered for my Mother's Birthday and what she got was way off. I will attach picture from website and what she received. Sloppy arrangement and different vase than what I ordered. I will never use this florist again and good luck to you if you do.

Do not ordered from this place especially if you're a thousand miles away. I'm Very Disappointed!!! I ordered something totally different from what they delivered to my friend. So embarrassing!!! I pay them a lot of money for CRAPPY flowers. Why not do it right and stop taking advantage of people.

Ordered an arrangement for a funeral that I was unable to attend. When the person who could attend got the flowers it was nothing like what I had asked for. My heart is broken because I choose something that had significance and they gave them the left over crap they had. I'm 2,000 miles away and when I called to find out what happened she said they were just overwhelmed. Like really? That is your excuse. I was brought to tears. Very unprofessional.

We have ordered and received flowers from this florist and not one time have they ever been fresh. They come wilted and half dead. The roses are fully opened and the petals are already curling back and by the next day they are brown and drooping over. We no longer order from them but we receive them from friends and family and always feel bad because they spent a lot of money to have crap delivered. I would never order from this place again.

Ordered through 1800 flowers. Was very disappointed the arrangement that was delivered looked smaller than what I had paid for. Called 1800 flowers and they promised they would call and have Gazebo flowers remake it and delivered the next day. Yesterday I was supposed to get the remade arrangement, it never showed up and I still got a delivery confirmation email! Horrible way to do business.

If I could give this business a -10 I would. They have a FULL mailbox. They do not have any message indicating they cannot fulfill online orders at all leave alone on time. BAD customer service. They do not even reply to emails. If I worked like this Id be fired!

OMGosh did i get ripped off by this florist. $80+ (with delivery) for an arrangement that looks like my 4-yr old granddaughter made it. My sister by another mother lost her husband. I wanted to send something slightly different than the typical cut flowers in a vase with common fern for filler (greenery). I picked out a 'zen' arrangement that would be clean and crisp and feng shui, however, when it arrived, was NOTHING like I anticipated. It was sloppy looking and certainly not crisp and clean. I found this florist online when I was looking for flowers for my moms birthday. I ordered it two days in advance for delivery. I recieved a confirmation email and everything. The flowers were never delivered. I called the company for an explanation and the owner said their computer went down on Tuesday but I explained I ordered on Monday and she changed her story to now the computer was down on Monday. They are frauds trying to steal your money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
