It was my birthday yesterday and a friend ordered me flowers from a nation wide floral site called Ava’s Flowers, the order was assigned to Gazebo flowers who had to contact me due to me living on base. They didn’t have military access so they made arrangements for me to meet them outside the gate. They were so kind, accommodating and was willing to work with me. This place is a joke, I am so incredibly disappointed…. I ordered a flower arrangement for my mom for Mother’s Day to be delivered to her at work. I am usually not one to complain, but the flowers sent were HORRIBLE. Nothing like the picture, not only that it did not look professionally made. I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking they delivered the wrong ones. I called the store to ask them what happened and was told they ran out of orange roses and the vase… I said ok, well no one called me to make any substitutions... read more

I wanted to send flowers to a friend who had just brought a new life into this world. I don’t live nearby but didn’t want to use some 1-800 number. So I asked another friend in Port Orchard for a recommendation for a truly local florist and Gazebo was her fast answer. Trying to avoid an internet order, I tried calling three times, getting voicemail each time. So I did the order over the internet. Delivery next day was good, and it really brightened her day. Happiness all around!

They showed up after 5pm with my daughter’s flower delivery (from her boyfriend who is under way.) The most beautiful arrangement! I’ve been in this little shop in Port Orchard and know how much they love what they do. It definitely shows in the arrangements they create.
