Very disappointing experience. Order a Mothers Day corsage on May 1 to be delivered May 9. That did not happen. Florist attempted to deliver on Mothers Day at 4 p.m. in the afternoon after all of the day's activities were done. Won't answer their telephone. Won't respond to message placed on their website. Recommend avoiding this business.

Ordered these for my mom because she's just been amazing lately with helping me out with wedding planning and the arrangement they sent was a hot mess. Never ever use them!! 1-800-Flowers was appalled and refunded the whole thing. True embarrassment.

Horrible horrible horrible! They lie about their deliveries and they always replace the actual flowers you order with something cheap and dead looking without lowering the cost. Would give zero stars if possible. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

What a joke!! Called to send my son 5 Mylar balloons and a rose in a vase. Could tell whoever answered the phone could care less. My son ends up with a single rose in a vase. That's it! Who would pay the delivery for just that! So I called and yes, the delivery person went back to deliver the balloons. Only their were just 3 instead of 5. OMG!! I know the sun is strong in Florida but these people are totally burnt!! Finally got the 5 mylars and red rose by the end of the night!

Wish I had read the other reviews here before I ordered from here. The flowers looked NOTHING like the picture. The arrangement was full of cheap substitutions and considerably smaller than advertised. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Flowers seemed near dead. I give them 2 stars only because my girlfriend did like them, but she is sweet and probably would not complain either way. The flowers they delivered were not what I asked for and they claimed that this arrangement that didn't look as nice as the ones at Publix was a "$50 arrangement." Second time I went in I went to the store to pick up, I paid up front and they messed up the order again, told me they would put it in a smaller nicer vase (ease of travel) then they did, but would not fix. I ordered an arrangement of flowers through this company for my girlfriend. When they called me, I instructed them to leave it at the front office of her apartment. It didn't happen. In a rather coincidental timing of events, I was actually on the phone with my girlfriend when she saw the delivery man walk into the office and leave with the flowers in his hands. I wish FTD would have told me who was delivering the flowers because the EXACT same thing as the last person mentioned happened to me when using this company. I spent $50 on a cute arrangement and when it was delivered it had the wrong/less/dead flowers. I was sent a picture of the arrangement and it had holes/filled with cheap fillers like daisies & fern instead of roses. Warning! When they say "substitutions" they are not kidding. Why have Telefloral pictures to choose from when they use a defense of "but they were still roses". Why not have five buttons on the website: "some roses" "some tulips", "some daisies" etc! When you are a 1,000 miles away and want to get just the right flowers to someone then how does one do that?
