I was selecting something for a friend who has a very specific design style and, after spending about an hour looking for something that fully reflected this style, indicated ‘no substitutions’ at check out. I ordered a bouquet to be delivered for Mother's Day. It arrived on time, but the bouquet looked nothing at all like what was pictured. They warn that substitutions may be necessary, but the substitutions they made in the ribbon and the flowers changed the whole quality and look of the arrangement. SCAM ALERT! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! I don't even think this is a legit business, definitely not in the US. I ordered flowers for a friend's birthday to be delivered. They were nothing like the picture online, and half were wilted. The local number was busy all day, and the 800 number was a joke. I spent 3 hours, spoke to 12 different people to get a refund, and when I wasn't getting hung up on, they would just transfer you to some stupid recording about scam promos!!
