Thank you to Gainesville Floral Exchange for creating a beautiful corsage for my son's prom date. I greatly appreciated their assistance in making a unique corsage to go with a royal blue prom dress. The corsage was perfect and they went above and beyond to assist me. I highly recommend them.
Ordered same day delivery and the delivery driver didn't even bother to call. They just dumped it at the front desk without notifying anyone. If it hadn't been for the front desk calling me from work, I wouldn't have ever known and missed out on getting the flowers for the special day. Never going to them again.

The first order of flowers were delivered with broken stem of rose, carnations, all four Rose's were very old and bruised, flowers were jammed in a vase with no design at all. Someone sends me a gift through a third party vendor, that vendor uses Gainesville Floral Exchange and Gainesville Floral Exchange finds a way to MESS up the order. You just dropped this off not even an hour ago, I picked it up from the base to bring inside and this immediately happens. My cousin and I send flowers to each other every year for our birthday. We both order directly from locally owned businesses. Well this year my daughter and granddaughter saved up to send me flowers for my 65th. They shopped online looking for just the right reds, including roses.. Well since the owner himself doesn't want to see my pictures of the flowers that were delivered today from Gaineville Florist Exchange on 13th Street maybe you guys would like to see them. The owner was very rude and said he had 120 orders to fulfill and didn't need to see my photos... just bring them back and he would fix them. Totally unacceptable
This is actually the worst place and worst costumer service I've had. My boyfriend ordered me flowers and they came 1/3 of the size of the photo online and they were 80$ and it was the value of MAYBE 15$ at most so I went into the shop and the customer service is AWFUL and they refused to refund us ALSO took my flowers so I've left with no flowers and no refund. The worst company I have ever had dealings with! They texted my wife that the address was not showing up correct and they needed her to call .
