So to celebrate my wife's cancer survivor day I ordered from Teleflora (thought reputable..NOT!) a BC bouquet. Arrived looking beautiful, after a day(!) started wilting. By day 3, petals falling off and flowers looking sad, like they didn't want to be here. (See pics). 0 STARS!! This company is very unprofessional!! My boyfriend ordered flowers for me to be delivered for Valentines Day. The whole day passed...no flowers. He has made endless calls to the company, no answer...no voicemail. The surprise of having the flowers delivered was blown, he asked me to go to the front desk and ask if a delivery came for me. The next morning, still nothing, no answer...no email or anything! Please do not waste your money with this company!!

This florist left flowers outside in 90 degree weather for plus 5 hours, so needless to say they were dead when I received and the balloon deflated. I called, they were apologetic, seemed to care and were going to make it right. They re-delivered directly into my hand, half dead flowers and a semi-deflated balloon. Stop the driver before he left to say, sir these are still dead. Told me nothing he could do to call the owner. Who's the owner of this place?! I want my money back. The most unprofessional business I have ever been to. Don't buy shit from this place. They don't answer the phones, and they blocked emailing on their website. So, you can't contact them. I've been calling for the past two weeks. I'm in another state, but my people will be showing up! You're a fucking flower shop!! How in the hell do you fuck up flowers?

I wish I could give zero stars. This place is an absolute scam. The arrangement I received was 1/3 of the actual size and half the flowers were dead. The message that goes along with the flowers had words spelled wrong (not even kidding). I paid for a balloon, but never got it. Oh, and I got it at 8:30 at night. I emailed them 3 times about this and never heard back ONCE. This place is an absolute scam and I hope they go out of business. Please, get flowers anywhere else. I was supposed to get a bouquet delivered on Valentines Day and got it two days later, which kind of defeats the purpose. I'm sure it's their busiest time of year, but this is unacceptable, a lot of people could be in hot water with their SO.

DO NOT BUY!!! Today we put our family member to rest and the Floral Exchange took it upon there selves to deliver something different than what we ordered. When my mother (someone who is much nicer than me) called them, they said that she should be happy because they upgraded her order. The plant was half the size of what they promised and not in the same pot she ordered. They said if she wasn't happy they would ACTUALLY go to the grave side or funeral home and pick it up. Got two flower bouquets delivered to the office for Administrative Professionals day (one was for me!) while the bouquets were gorgeous, colorful, fresh and whimsy....they both were tainted by the delivery guy...who smoked cigarettes in the car with them...and so they reek of it. even hours later.....REEK. I feel very bad for my boss who ordered these, as she said "its a shame" you cannot even smell them or get near them. we had to put them far far away from our desks. DO NOT order from this company.

They are horrible! I ordered a very large, very expensive bouquet for my mother, long distance (I'm in Maryland) and not once, but twice sent out a very small bouquet. I have already put in a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I would NEVER use this company!
