Flowers Tommy Luke, owned by Lou Scott, has provided bouquets for our daughter when she delivered our first grandbaby, Teagan and also for a bouquet to be placed on my parents grave at the Veteran's Cemetary on Scott Mountain. Lou personally oversee'd the floral design and they were just perfect. Lou's designer are friendly and very creative. I would highly recommend using their services. They are great!

My Mother sent me flowers from this florist for my birthday in February. This happens all the time, the flowers get mixed up because my birthday is a few days after Valentine's Day. Without getting into detail, there was a delivery date issue. Once the problem was realized I called the shop and spoke with the representative on the phone and explained the problem. They did my wedding and went above and beyond-- the owner drove the delivery out to the coast himself. Everything was perfect. After my wedding, I found out that my Grandmother used Tommy Luke for her wedding in the 1930's. Rad.

My experience with Tommy Luke was completely unsatisfactory. I called on a Saturday, asked for a "really great" $150 arrangement, and showed the representative photos on their website of the style I wanted. He assured me it would be no problem. The flowers that were delivered were extremely disappointing. They looked nothing like the pictures and were, at best, maybe a $75 arrangement. I ordered three funeral arrangements through Teleflora (buyer beware) to be delivered at the cemetery between 11:00am and 5:00pm on November 30th. They never arrived until December 1st. This is totally unacceptable. Luckily I had the notion to have it delivered a day early in anticipation of this happening. Ig you have a "time sensitive" delivery do not use Teleflora or Tommy Lukes

They were supposed to deliver yesterday and didn't deliver until today. You would think they would of called to let me know. When I called them, the lady wasn't nice about it. I will not use this florist again.

Very, Very disappointing ... I should have gone to the grocery store. The flowers would have been of my choosing and certainly a better value. I ordered flowers today to be sent to my parents for their wedding anniversary. I use FTD regularly and have had great luck. Sadly, today FTD used City Flowers, and my parents got a small, not very fresh, and very common arrangement for which I paid a premium. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and with the product we received. My husband ordered flowers for me as an opening night gift through a wire service, and it was fulfilled by Tommy Luke. I was delighted to find a small, cheery bouquet in my hotel room; but after I snapped a photo and sent it to my husband, he sent me a photo of the one he actually ordered, which was much larger. Recently picked up roses for my girlfriend and I'm pretty sure the were straight from the grocery store. They were dead within 3 days.
