I know this review is belated. I'm just reminiscing about my wedding in 1985 and the gorgeous floral arrangements by Tommy Luke. I had gardenias in my bouquet and they were perfectly creamy white and their scent was intoxicating. The gentleman I talked with at the shop also arrived at my church on my wedding day to make sure everything was perfect. He was as thrilled with how everything turned out as I was. If you want your flowers to be perfect for any occasion go directly to Tommy Luke!

A dear friend has been hospitalized at OHSU after a car accident. I called from Michigan and spoke with a wonderful gentleman who was understanding when I broke into tears, asked the right questions, and gave me the OHSU discount without me asking. When my friend and her family received the flowers, they were blown away. For the price I paid, the bouquet is beautiful. And here we are 6 days after the flowers were delivered and they are still gorgeous!!! I am beyond impressed by City Flowers work!

I happened to walk inside and decided to treat myself to some dahlias. The woman working here was absolutely accommodating and very kind. This place is a little bit on the pricier side.

Our wedding flowers were gorgeous and we had a great experience working with Kevan and Lou at Flowers Tommy Luke. The color scheme shifted a bit when the wedding party colors went from a softer pastel palette to bold and bright, and they handled the change with ease. I went in to Tommy Luke's instead of Whole Foods on a whim. My experience was phenomenal, simple, seamless, peaceful and very easy. The two gentlemen crafting amazing pieces were friendly, smiling and attentive to my needs. I let them use their artistic talent to create something special for a loved one and was blown away. I received a bouquet almost a week ago, as a birthday gift. I was struck by the bouquet - the jewel tones, and the fragrance, especially the roses and carnations, because often there's no smell at all when flowers come from florists. Lovely! I didn't expect to have them last very long; but they're still fine - a surprisingly long time to have flowers stay this fresh ... and, again, fragrant. I found this place on yelp and decided to use this place because of the high reviews. I wanted to avoid Pro Flowers and other major retailers because I heard you don't normally get what u order. I called and spoke to Kevin who was very nice and helpful. I told him I wanted to send flowers to my daughter for her birthday. I have received several bouquets from my fiance from Tommy Luke and I have consistently been blown away by the quality of the flowers and the amazingly beautiful and creative arrangements. Floral art is right!! I will marry this man if only to keep receiving such beautiful bouquets! If I weren't getting married in Kauai I would be calling them to handle the flowers. I HIGHLY recommend Tommy Luke!

I went in to look around, as I had a couple other Yelped stores as backup plans in case this one was out of my price range or I didn't get a good vibe. I was delighted with the pretty shop and the nice woman who said hello right away, asked me politely what my price range was and then put together, along with me, a beautiful arrangement right there on the spot and wrapped instead of adding a vase since my friend is moving and would not enjoy packing or having to get rid of a vase.
