Ordered flowers for a funeral a few weeks ago, I live in New Jersey so had no idea who to contact and just by luck got in touch with Tommy Lukes. They were wonderful, the flowers were beautiful . I made an error as far as delivery time, they called me and made certain everything was in order and that the flowers would get there in time. Wonderful customer service.
Initial contact was wonderful, the woman was funny & professional helpful. There was confusion with an email sent to me the day flowers were ordered (Friday). It stated the order has been delivered. I responded with a ? symbol, no response. On the following day, Saturday the delivery day, I called & spoke with a gentleman he seemed confused by my request to verify delivery and this further confused me.
