I called last minute from Nashville, just before closing, to ask for a flower deliver for my grandmothers 92nd birthday the next day. I was pretty sure it was an impossible request. I am so glad I met Michelle over the phone. She was amazing, took such great care of us and went out of her way to make sure my procrastination did not impact my grandmothers birthday. I called and ordered an arrangement for my sister last week. Being out of town and finding a local store can be difficult sometimes but I called and they were able to deliver same day. Personally, I don't feel what she received matches the online example. The lady on the phone said the standard would be what is pictured, but I think what she received has fewer roses than the standard. A little disappointed but I am happy my sister loved her arrangement!
To say that Flowers by Michelle is the best of class in Las Vegas is an understatement. Flowers by Michelle was fantastic, their website is easy to move around and although that was the case, I still had a question for them, so called and spoke to, I think, Amber. She was kind and professional and so helpful. My friend who received the flowers (her mother passed away) sent me a photo and they looked exactly like what we ordered, down to the shape and color of the vase, which isn't always the case with florists. Our family has used Michelle for every occasion for years and years. I recently ordered flowers for delivery to my girlfriend for her Birthday and they were the wrong color, I called and they went really above to make it right..This is so rare in this day and age.
