Sometimes I just don't know what I want and I need someone who knows what they're doing to help me, I called them and I just asked a simple question but really I needed the help as my neighbor beat cancer and I wanted to do something nice for her she deserves it. The girl that answered my call was so cool and so helping and she made it so easy for me and just like that we had flowers being delivered to my neighbor with ease. We've used them before and will continue to use them. Thank you for the great service
I've been using this shop for years, starting when we lived in their area and even now that we're across the country. They are always polite and efficient. The flowers are always fresh and they stand behind them. I know I can trust them to deliver on time and they always cover their product. Great people and great place.
The customer service over the phone was excellent. Emily was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The delivery was prompt and arrived exactly when promised. Most importantly, the flowers were incredibly fresh, beautifully arranged, and absolutely gorgeous. My Mother-in-law was thrilled! I highly recommend this local florist for their outstanding service, quality, and professionalism.

So happy with Flowers by Michelle. I requested a 'by-noon" delivery for a Mother's Day bouquet on Saturday. They arrived 2 hours earlier!!! Amazing!!! The arrangement was wonderful--exactly as it was presented on-line. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!!

I wasn't sure if I wanted assorted plants or a money tree for my friend's store opening. They ended up texting me a pic of both so I can choose which one I liked better! Who does that? Not Home Depot or Lowes that for sure! Thats why you shop at small businesses! The customer service was so prompt and helpful. My friend LOVED her arrangement. Will definitely recommend.
Flowers by Michelle in Las Vegas is truly one of the best florists I've ever dealt with. Ordering over the phone and having expectations exceeded like this is rare today. I'm celebrating my 45th anniversary, and Amber and Michelle were both absolutely wonderful. They followed my instructions perfectly and created a stunning arrangement of 15 gorgeous red roses with baby's breath, greenery, and a beautiful crystal vase.
