Ordered flowers for my aunt's birthday since I live out of state. I always try to find a local florist that isn't through the massive online flower websites that don't care and deliver garbage bouquets. I have had too many bad experiences with those websites. I decided on Michelle's since one location was close to where my aunt lives. I had never ordered a designer's choice bouquet before but the pricing was reasonable. The arrangements from Flowers by Michelle always look beautiful! I highly recommend them for their professional quality and kind delivery staff. While other florists in town have been subpar, this place never disappoints.
We ordered the deluxe Stars and Stripes arrangement for my father's casket and was amazed at how beautiful it looked and how large it was.
Sometimes I just don't know what I want and I need someone who knows what they're doing to help me, I called them and I just asked a simple question but really I needed the help as my neighbor beat cancer and I wanted to do something nice for her she deserves it. The girl that answered my call was so cool and so helping and she made it so easy for me and just like that we had flowers being delivered to my neighbor with ease. We've used them before and will continue to use them. Thank you for the great service
I've been using this shop for years, starting when we lived in their area and even now that we're across the country. They are always polite and efficient. The flowers are always fresh and they stand behind them. I know I can trust them to deliver on time and they always cover their product. Great people and great place.
