Flowers by Michelle was so nice and gracious in our time of need. She called once I placed the order and I appreciated that as I live in Florida and the service was in Las Vegas.
They are amazing and have gone above and beyond on every single arrangement, wedding bouquet, funeral swag and celebratory, THEMED orders I have given them. Seriously THE BEST!
Great customer service and beautiful flowers! The sales reps/florists were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The item I was looking at online was exactly as described when I picked it up for my parent's anniversary party. The roses are almost a week old and they're still beautiful. I will definitely be back for special occasions!

I had an incredible experience with Michelle and her team. I came in asking if she could make a bouquet that would match a notebook I'm giving to my friend as a gift. She enthusiastically said yes and asked me a few questions to help with the design process (like what kind of flowers my friend liked, how closely we wanted to match the notebook design, etc.).
