Not cool!!! I live in Atlanta and my mother lives in Gainesville. Bought Mother's Day flowers at this place for delivery and Paid over $100 for the floral arrangement. What my mother got was a pathetic and picked over arrangement and nothing like the arrangement I ordered.

I went in the store to pick out a valentines arrangement for my wife. The young clerk was rude and inept. I picked out a special arrangement because of the color of the roses and the ribbon on the arrangement. Guess what...they delivered the arrangement with a different ribbon. I also picked out balloons . You would think they would do different colors... no, they were all the same color and none of them were red. Very disappointing.

Got flowers delivered to us as a move in gift. My husband and I looked at each other and were surprised on how ugly the whole thing looked. We took a picture of it to thank my in-law and were a little surprised on how it looked also. The whole thing died and molded in 2 days. First place on our list to not go to in Gainesville.

I will never buy flowers from this place again and I would never recommend them to anyone. Why have email and a Facebook page for their customers if they are not going to bother checking them and respond to customer concerns? Plain and simple, their customer service is down right horrendous and the shoddy quality of their product speaks for itself. Do not have them make leis. I was excited to find a florist on my way home from work, and to became a regular customer since I will have many floral needs over the years. I told the lady that I was planning an Hawaiian themed party and wanted an arrangement with all orchids. I was told that the store only had purple orchids. I said that was fine. I was told that orchids were expensive, so they would use some tropical flowers as fillers. I said that was fine.
