They messed up my order. What was delivered was definitely not what I ordered. Won't be using again.
I paid $150 for funeral arrangement. I selected the premium upgrade. They sent 12-15 carnations with nothing else. I could not have been more embarrassed at the funeral.
Spent $170 on a "premium" funeral arrangement. They sent 18 carnations and 5 snapdragons with a ton of greenery. They ruined my final gesture to my loved one and compounded the sorrow and anguish I felt in burying someone dear to me by depriving me of the ability to give what I selected. Substitutions of all carnations are not acceptable when you pay $40 extra for premium instead of regular or deluxe arrangement. They are thieves and should be ashamed.
