I was looking for a local florist, but in a city where I don't live. I looked at the top three Gainesville florists on Yelp and liked Floral Expressions selections best. My family posted a picture of the arrangement, and it was beautiful. I thought the price equated to the arrangement as well. I was sent emails after ordering and delivery so I knew the status. I will order again whenever I have a need.
I recently placed an order for a floral arrangement for a friend recovering in the hospital. The associate assisting me was very helpful with an informed knowledge in selecting which flowers to use, showed patience with me in my slow decision making, and overall displayed good professionalism and a pleasing personality. I will definitely choose your business again because of this great customer experience.
I'm giving this place Five Stars based upon customer service and beautiful arrangements. My parents sent me flowers for my birthday and they arrived in a very beautiful purple vase. They had told my mother that if any of the stems die that I could bring it back and they would replace them. Unfortunately I clearly have a brown thumb so my flowers ended up dying in about 5 days.
