I have used them for every dance and prom my children have attended. They have the most beautifully designed arrangements. Most importantly their customer service is incredible. They take time to work along with you in matching and designing the arrangement. I would recommend them for any occasion that you need an arrangement for - large or small. I love supporting a family owned McKinney business with a small town customer service philosophy that delivers beautiful and creative arrangements!

Wow! I just received the coolest floral arrangement ever from Edwards! You can tell they love what they do. The arrangement had a Halloween theme and included beautiful flowers and hard crafted items that show how much they care. I can't wait to order from them myself to treat someone else :)!!

Great florist! Stacy was wonderful! The flowers at my daughter's wedding were so beautiful and just as we expected. Stacy and her helpers had everything decorated beautifully and moved the flowers from the chapel to the reception ballroom in a very timely and professional manner. Very happy!

I would not trust them to do an event, especially not a wedding. They seem like a huge risk and very unreliable. When you request a consultation online, it says to send an email with more information and photos of what you're looking for. After doing this, I got an email from them requesting all of the same information I put in online. I informed them of this and they told me they would get me a quote. 3 1/2 weeks go by and I don't hear from them. Recent floral gift was disappointing. Blue hydrangea and yellow roses already wilted when arrangement was delivered. Spray roses and white lillies o.k. - not great - and lots of filler. Based on other reviews - expected better.

I do not recommend for a wedding. Stacy was hard to get in touch with and multiple items that were ordered dropped off of the final delivery list. The bridal bouquet was not as requested. Despite drastically over-estimating the number of table arrangements we'd need and keeping the charges on the contract, she still insisted on charging for a handful of cake flowers despite the extra resources available for use. The flowers are pretty, but I'd seek elsewhere for someone more focused on customer service.

This florist is so unprofessional. 7 months before wedding date made it clear we wanted white roses on our order no white roses! They did not have husbands corsage was one big flower instead of what we asked for tea roses ! So, if your going to buy something online from them because your deployed overseas and don't have the luxury of picking exactly what you want, then I would say steer clear! A deluxe package? I've literally seen better arrangements at the grocery store for a 1/16 of the price! And don't mind the description it's more misleading than the photos, you got me good this time and I appreciate all that you do!
