I am never disappointed when I order from Edwards Floral Design! I sent a family member a birthday flower arrangement. It was outstanding! The presentation was spectacular! The flower vase was sitting in a pink box surrounded by cellophane and tied with a ribbon! Once opened, the flowers took center stage! I always like to find a local florist when sending flower arrangements. It was a tough online search to find a local florist in the McKinney, TX region! I kept being directed to the big 1-800 type of services which I don't like. Anyway, very fortunate to find Edwards and had a nice chat with the floral designer about my needs and had a beautiful bouquet sent to my family. Edwards sent me a picture of the arrangement and I heard pretty quickly (maybe an hour or so) from my family that it had been delivered. Nice work!

Wanted to send flowers and balloons for a cousin's milestone birthday (I'm out of state) and phoned the shop rather than order online. I received immediate friendly service, given great suggestions, and assured me of next morning delivery. I received a pretty basket with multiple plants. After a week or so I noticed the top soil of each individual plant was still quite damp and discovered they were all still standing in water. I'm writing because of her customer service! Immediately and without hesitation she made it right. I will be a customer in the future because I know they'll stand behind their product! Purchased the "beautiful in blue" bouquet for my moms birthday and it turned out great. The website was easy to navigate, and they delivered promptly on the day I set for delivery. Will definitely order from Edwards again!
Highly recommend this florist! The quality of the flowers and the arrangement are hard to describe but it is at least a level above anywhere else I have used in the past. Will definitely be my go to florist.
Upon the recommendation of Rick's Chophouse we chose this family owned floral company to add some glamour to our tables for our son and daughter in law's rehearsal dinner in March.
