My mother phoned in an order for me for Mother's Day and the service we received was well worthy of a five star review. First off, I wasn't home when the first attempt to deliver was made and so the nice lady gave me a courtesy call and even offered to come back by at a time that was more convenient for me. Mind you, this was on Sunday-Mother's day Sunday and they went completely out of their way to make sure I had a fresh flower delivery. When I went in to order an arrangement for a memorial service, I had a vision in my head, along with a few pictures showing what I was wanting and boy did Edward's Floral, especially Cheri, make a TRULY AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL ARRANGEMENT!!! I've used Edwards twice, and am very satisfied. Service is excellent, friendly and deliveries are on time. The arrangements are very nice and prices are very reasonable.
My wife loves the arrangement. Was delivered in less than 2 hours after ordering over phone.
I ordered a birthday arrangement from them and received a confirmation email and the flowers were delivered right on time. The bouquet was beautiful and exactly (if not better) than described . I would definitely recommend them !
We met with Stacy last year for an upcoming rehearsal dinner in McKinney. Being from Mississippi we were going by another recommendation so we were uncertain. I came in the day before my dad's memorial to get flowers and a plant, I should have gone sooner, but I let it slip my mind. They started putting together the flower arrangement immediately and showed me the plant sizes. I purchased both and they said they would have it delivered to the chapel. I went to my car and came back in wanting to change to a larger plant. They were so friendly and changed it for me. The memorial was 9 days ago and the flowers (the plant as well) still look great.
