My boyfriend ordered same day delivery flowers for me for my birthday. Two days later I get home and a delivery vehicle shows up at the same time and a girl gets out. We determine the flowers she had were mine. She said " sorry these have been in my car for two days now". They stated to me that they do not deliver in bad weather which fine, but why not call the person who ordered the flowers and tell them that? I see their arrangements at my place of work regularly. They do not compare to the other floral deliveries we get. This hodgepodge looks nothing like the images on their site. The flowers always look several days old and we have to pull the droopy ones...

Last week a friend had to have serious emergency surgery (after losing her husband to Cancer about 6 weeks ago) So I ordered the Teleflora"s Morning Melody Deluxe which according to their description was to have about 12 lavender roses, waxflower, purple limonium and greens in a lavender cube vase with a "vibrant" purple taffeta ribbon for $45.00+tax+$10.00 Delivery fee=$58.43. I ordered a bouquet from here for my parents anniversary today and I was really excited for them to get the delivery because I knew they would be really happy with it. However, the delivery man never showed up. I wanted to show them that even though I've been busy lately, I still remembered and still care, but I can't do that with no show flowers.

A One star rating is too good! I have NEVER seen such a disgusting poorly arranged half dead Mother's Day arrangement in all my 58 years. Wish I could attach a picture. The horrifying arrangement was delivered to my mother this morning and three flowers fell off the arrangement before it made It into her house. And I paid extra for a More than "basic" arrangement. Horrible flower arrangement. I ordered lilies through Troys Florist that were supposed to be long stemmed in a mercury glass vase. The order was fulfilled by Devine Orchids...I received exactly five lily heads with the stems chopped off jammed into a tiny 8 oz silver cup. To top it off the flower quality is deplorable. I can't believe a professional florist would allow something like this to even leave their store.

My fiancé ordered flowers and chocolates for for Valentine's Day and they were ordered a few days prior to the actual day, set to be delivered on February 14. The flowers never arrived on Valentine's Day, and I received a call from the florist the next day saying the driver could not find our address. No pleased at all! Yikes! I received a horrible arrangement from these people. I was so upset that I could hardly talk. First of all, it looked like the flowers were thrown together and some of the flowers were old. Leather Leaf, the green stuff, was missing on half the side. Gaps in most areas. I worked at a florist for 2 years and have taken floral design classes. This arrangement was the worst I've ever seen sent by a professional. It looked like a child put it together. Terrible arrangement and even worse customer service!!! I ordered a funeral arrangement through FTD and, as it turns out, Devine Orchid was the local fulfillment florist. I had selected the "Rays of Solace" bouquet in the "better" (i.e. medium) size and paid $75 for it. When I arrived (from out of state) at the wake, I looked for the arrangement.
