Oh no. No. No one friendly or professional here. Shame on them. It took 4 HOURS to get "permission"?? for ME to PAY this florist to refund someone's delivery fee (flowers returned, perfect storm, no need for detail on that). Worse, no one, not even "manager Jenny" was cordial, not the slightest professional or caring. Zero stars for this place.
My husband ordered flowers from Crystal Garden Florist last Valentine's Day and they were beautiful. He ordered again this year and had the flowers delivered a few days early to my work . When the flowers came the roses were fully open and the carnations were slightly brown along the edges. The Alstroemerias (little purple flowers) were very brown and curled around the edges and speckled as if old flowers. I called the florist and was advised the roses were supposed to be fully open and the alstroemerias had recently opened.... read more

We were told to get our flowers here for the miss poway. I came in and they told me I couldn't have any of the pretty flowers, but wanted me to take a bunch of their tiny roses that looked sad and like filler. (Plus the price was outrageous). They told me all their flowers would be used for the pageant. Maybe we shouldn't be referred if they don't order enough flowers for the event. I chose this florist based on reviews but was very disappointed. I went in with picture for a bouquet I needed for the next day. Bouquet was not ready when I went to pick up and shape of bouquet was not as expected. Was the bouquet pretty? Yes it was. Was it what I wanted? No. Perhaps if I had time, we could have worked through it but that was no the case.
