Went in here completely lost on what I wanted. Brought a piece of fabric from the bridesmaid dresses and told the owner I liked lilies. I was less than helpful. The owner Genie is so knowledgeable on flowers, seasons for flowers what colors they come in and complimenting colors. I had to just put some trust in her to select flowers and arrangements because I have no talent for design. I live in NJ and recently needed to send a sympathy bouquet to a family member in CA. After reading their many wonderful reviews, I selected Crystal Gardens, and I'm very glad I did. Jeannie and her staff were incredibly accommodating, professional, and kind. First, they acquired the exact color of the tulips I wished to send. I use Crystal Gardens whenever our real estate company needs to send flowers and EVERY time we've received personal notes from the recipients about how they loved the arrangements. That's impressive!

I just got off the phone with Jeannie, the owner of the business, and had absolutely, the best customer service ever! I explained who I was trying to get flowers for, and she came up with a wonderful selection for my friend. I am very proud to have gone 'local' as opposed to a giant national company :)

I live in Hawaii and needed to order an arrangement to be delivered to someone in Poway. Although I've never stepped foot into this flower shop, their customer service was exceptional! I asked many questions and called back several times before placing an order, but all the ladies I spoke with were so patient with me! At the end, when they told me that they would be e-mailing the receipt to me, I even asked if they could send me a picture of the arrangement. I always get great flowers and arrangments at Crystal Gardens. you can find less expensive flowers, but believe me, when it comes to flowers, you get what you pay for. this is the place for flowers that have been well cared for and arranged with expertise.

I was looking for a local florist to send my mom flowers for her birthday and found Crystal Gardens on Yelp and decided to give them a try. I called in my order so I don't know what the store front looks like, but the customer service over the phone was great. I told them what I was looking for and my price range and they suggested that I look on their websites (they have two) for some examples. I had a very brief (but positive)experience with this florist, hence the brief review. I wanted to send flowers to my wife at a large local office building. I wanted to try a local florist instead of an online vendor so I yelped up this place and saw they were around the corner. The woman that answered the phone was very nice and helpful.
