I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a co-worker who had recently lost a loved one and it looked NOTHING like the picture advertised. I have never seen such a whimpy bouquet- and to think it cost $40 plus a $7 delivery and tax- I will not be ordering from them again. I was embarrassed.

The stems on my arrangement were cut so short that it was impossible to keep the water level high enough to keep them alive.

I used to use Coleman's exclusively; not anymore. A few years ago, I lost a dear cousin who was almost like a sister to me. Went to Coleman's the day before we were to go out of town for her funeral. Met with someone there, spent almost 30 minutes choosing the flowers and discussing the arrangement. I told them I would be there to pick them up at a certain time the next day. I've had coleman brothers delivered many times in the past. And they hadn't let me down except once. A funeral for a family member. The arrangements were embarrassing. Nothing like we expected. Can't recommend them any longer.

Coleman Brothers Florist ruined my special occasion! I had ordered flowers for my girlfriend's birthday to deliver to her job. They did not deliver the flowers directly to her, and she did not receive them on her birthday. Upon contact with the company the next day, they told me that they would not refund ANYTHING due to the fact that they "tried their best to get it to her." I ordered through Teleflora and Coleman Bros. filled the order - we got a $79.00 "arrangement" that contained 13 flowers, was 7" across and nothing like the Teleflora picture. Previously I used Coleman Brothers through the company I worked for and was generally happy, after this latest experience, won't use them again. Complained to Teleflora and they replied that Coleman Brothers feel the 13 flowers that were delivered were up to par - fail.

My company & I WERE very regular Coleman customers. They got lots right for more than 30 years. Now they have FOULED UP 2 significant orders in 2 years. Each time, the SPECIFIC COLORS ordered IN WRITING were either LEFT OUT or REVERSED. This week the order was for a duplication of part of a much bigger wedding order from one year ago. The original wedding order was right. THIS WEEK'S PARTIAL DUPLICATE was LARGELY WRONG. Then the Counter lady insisted it was "exactly as ordered". My company exists for our customers/cl... read more

My mother has used Coleman Bros for years, so when I needed to send flowers, I used them. The first time I used them was to send flowers to my sister for her birthday. I placed the order online for delivery on April 14th. I get a phone call on April 7th from Coleman Bros that they were delivered an entire WEEK early and realized it only after they were delivered.
