Delivery guy was arguing with me on the phone and then argued with the flower recipient because he wouldn't let me finish describing where to deliver the flowers despite my very detailed initial directions. He also kept saying my name as the recipient when it was clearly marked for someone else, and had my name as the "from" part. They were sympathy flowers. Our friend died the night before. I'm extremely disappointed to feel I need to write this review. When ordering flowers from here, I was told that I was going to get a certain amount of specific flowers for my recipient. They told me they were not in stock, but they'd have them in time for the delivery date. Upon calling them to review and make sure that they did have the correct flowers. My class ordered a flower arrangement for my classmate and best friend last week to be delivered yesterday. At least one week ahead, giving the flowershop ample time to prepare and deliver the item. I ordered an arrangement that was ordered by another classmate less than 6 mos prior, expecting that the same template would be used. Things weren't so rosy at my last experience with Coleman Bros. Let me preface by saying that I've been a long time patron of this floral shop! Decades! And typically I'm pretty satisfied overall. I'm definitely underwhelmed by the quality of the flowers that were delivered. The arrangement didn't look much like what I ordered. It was small and the arrangement was skimpily arranged. I spent a good bit of money and received poor quality. I don't recommend this florist and will not order from them again.

We ordered flowers for my boss for her birthday. We ask for tall flowers at least 2 ft tall with a balloon and told them we wanted to spend 100.00. This is what we got. I would be embarrassed to send this to a business or to anyone for that matter knowing it's not a 100.00 vase. This is the 2nd time we ordered from them that we were disappointed. We will not use them again. I honestly don't want to give any stars but I can't post without it.

Until today, Coleman Brothers WAS my go to florist. Problems started last week when I attempted to place my order by phone. Even though I was calling during their business hours, I kept getting a "call back when we are open" recording. After 2 hours, I tried one last time and someone answered. I described what I wanted emphasizing that I wanted purple and white flowers either with a purple vase or bow. The employee assured me that he had my order straight. Walked into this establishment to pick up some flowers for my anniversary. I walked in and the flowers they had in the cooler looked like they had been there for awhile. Upon walking around thinking someone would ask me if I needed help. Nothing I proceeded to walk out and no one acknowledged that I was even there. I had done business with them before but this will be the last time I go there.

I am from Richmond and Coleman's did an amazing job for flowers at my wedding (forever ago). Times sure have changed. I lived in California now and I ordered flowers for my Aunt's birthday from their website and chose exactly what arrangement I wanted and submitted my order which was over $100. My aunt sent me a photo of the arrangement and it was NOTHING like the flowers I ordered. It had two roses 2 roses, 5 lilies, a few carnations, greenery and filler.
