I wanted a fruit and snacks basket delivered on the same day (Saturday) to a Richmond hospital. The Coleman Brothers staff member was very patient and helpful and the delivery was made within a couple of hours. The recipient was delighted with the items. This was my first time ordering flowers from Coleman Brothers. The first delivery did not match the online photo of what I had ordered. When I called to report this, the people I spoke with were very polite and friendly. They apologized for the incident and then delivered the bouquet that I had expected. I will be ordering from them again.

I recently ordered flowers for my grandmother for Grandparents Day. I requested red flowers (her favorite color), with a Ladybug theme. They added a beautiful bow with ladybugs on it and it looked fabulous. My grandmother loved them. Today was my Mom's funeral. In the craziness, I forgot to order a small spray for the interment spot at her church. The service was at 2. Coleman's closed at 1. I dashed in literally at 12:52 pm to see if they had ANYTHING that would work. They were SO kind, and asked what colors. I said peach yellow and white were in the church flowers, and her favorites. In less than 10 minutes, they made up a gorgeous custom display. It couldn't have been more perfect. I cried. I know Mom loves her flowers. Thank you!!
I ordered a saddle for a funeral. It was the best looking arrangement I've seen. The price was great. Jesse delivered it to the funeral home right on time. Highly recommended!
I just literally ten minutes ago received these at my door. I was completely surprised and they even called afterwards to ensure that I knew that something had been left at my door. I am so in awe of the bouquet. The freshest most beautiful yellow roses I've ever had the pleasure of putting on display. The baby breaths are so full and delicately beautiful.
