I ordered flowers for a funeral. Gave them flower suggestions on what I wanted. Since it was in a basket I thought it would have been a lot larger for the price I paid over 100.00, it was pretty but sparse with flowers. Very disappointed. I know things are expensive in today's world but that was very small.
Although the staff is helpful the inventory is MOST underwhelming with EXHORBITANT prices plus ridiculously high delivery charges.
I received a bouquet Today while in the hospital. It was ordered over the phone from Phoenix. Very disappointed. The flowers looked like they were Squished in delivery. They look about as bad as I feel. Two flowers are actually open the rest look like they never will open. The one big flower looks 1/2 dead. Very disappointed. I have ordered from them many times and they were always good. This is the first time I received an order. I hope the ones I sent didn't look like these.
It used to be good. Friendly, great service. Now every time I come in I seem like a bother. Do yourself a favor and go to habitat. The girls treat you like peasants.
I am not someone who writes bad reviews, but after the experience my wife and I had at our wedding, I would absolutely hate for anyone to go through the same ordeal. On our wedding day alone, they FORGOT to deliver the flowers to our venue until we called asking where they were, pushing our ceremony to start later in the day. On top of still being charged for the delivery, they weren't even the right flowers! Asked for an arrangement like one I saw on the website. Made it very clear that I wanted gerber daisies in it like in the picture. Received a BEAUTIFUL arrangement but not one gerber daisy in it and it looked nothing like the picture. Make sure they write down what you want and have them read it back to you.
